According to sources in Hyderabad the Karnataka based heroine Anushka Shetty leading actress today has been contacted for a prominent role in Imran Sardaria Kannada film that is starting in October this year.

This is in the wake of Ramya exit from the film after electing as Member of Parliament. According to sources Ramya spoke to the director and producer team after the winning of MP elections. She has also returned the advance money she had taken. She showed interest working with Imran Sardaria sometime later in her career.

Sources from Hyderabad say Anushka Shetty after completing ‘Bahubali’ of SS Rajamouli current assignment may get in to a Kannada. Anushka Shetty has recently finished her portions for ‘Rudramma Devi’. After Anushka watched Kannada film ‘Mathe Banni Pritsona’ in Narthaki theatre the rumors spread out she will be doing the Telugu version of the same film. At this point of time Anushka Shetty speaking to a few media persons evinced interest working in Kannada film when a proper story reaches her.

It seems the exit of Ramya from SV Babu production and Imran Sardaria debut direction paved way for this top actress to accept a Kannada film.
